Aloha, Thank you for inquiring us for a possible venue to celebrate. We are happy to thoroughly explain all the details about our pricing and what services we offer. Menu is set by categories and we have 3 to choose from. Any alterations of food in the categories, will include a price increase. Buffet style will be served in warm chafers with a 2 hour limit.

Site fee covers the restaurant rental only: Start time 3- 9pm (Everyone Out by 10pm)

$3k under 50 guests, $5k 50-100 guests, $7k 101-226 guests or more

Buyout for the whole day will be $10k w/ Limited food items are included. The capacity inside is 226 people. Open patios can have additional 150 people.

Additional $1,000 fee for every hour after time of event

*Lunch time site fee is based on availability & amount of guests.

Bar Service- We offer a full bar with a wide selection of wine, beer, sake, champagne, cocktails, and hard liquor. Please let us know if you plan on bringing in additional spirits. A corkage fee of $50 per bottle applies to any alcohol brought in from outside. **Bar Options w/ 25% gratuity:

If you have any special cocktail requests or would like to feature specific drinks at your event, we’re happy to discuss options and can source additional items to help make your celebration unique and memorable.

Seating- We have 100 Chairs indoors & 24 miscellaneous tables in 3 different sizes. You are more than welcome to come check out what it looks like and we can set it up however you want for the day of your event.

For events with more than 100 guests, it is the client's responsibility to provide additional tables and chairs. Rentals from outside vendors may be delivered the day before the event and picked up the day after. Please plan accordingly, as space is limited at Kauai Poke Co. and we are unable to store excess items for extended periods.

Setup time to come into the restaurant will be anytime after 330pm. You will be allowed to bring anything you like to decorate as far as flowers, tablecloths, centerpieces, backdrops, balloon arches, etc… We will only provide tables and chairs unless specified otherwise. Floral arrangements and decorations are available upon request. All local flowers and decorations can be customized according to the client’s preferences and will incur additional costs.

All decorations brought in by guests need to be cleaned up and taken away by guests after the event.

Kauai Poke Co. will charge $500 for anything that we have to clean up that's not ours.

****NO confetti, glitter, paint or string streamers allowed in our restaurant.

**** NO outside food or drinks allowed into Kauai Poke Co.

****All alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the restaurant and are not permitted to be taken outside the premises.

Photography- we have some options if needed. Let us know if you are interested. Tv Monitors will not be available to use for slideshow unless you have a professional that is familiar with set-up.

Restrooms are located in the locker rooms connected to the Poipu Bay Golf Shop. It will be open for any events. Smoking is allowed outside of the restaurant across from the stairs. No smoking on the property cement walkway.

Music - We work with a selected group of musicians and can arrange for live music for a couple of hours if you need. This service incurs an additional fee ranging from $500 to $800. If you're interested, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help coordinate the arrangements. We also have our own music setup, which can be used to play background music during your event. If you have specific playlists or music preferences, feel free to share them with us in advance. You're also welcome to bring your own sound equipment and microphone if needed.

A deposit of $1,000 to lock in your date, as soon as you decide. Dates & Time are limited and fill up very fast so please Plan ahead as we are very happy to help you with any planning!
